Voice Operator Panel is compatible with many USB devices including headsets, handsets, speakerphones and lights/ringers.

VOP automatically detects and uses any compatible connected USB device. No driver/tool installation required, no configuration required, 100% plug and play.

Once detected VOP will automatically select the corresponding input/output audio device and you will be able to pick-up, hang-up and put on/off hold calls using the available button(s) on the device.

You can choose a wired or wireless (Bluetooth or DECT) headset, monaural or binaural, in-ear or on-ear or over-the-ear, with optional active noise cancellation (ANC) and integrated busy light.

If you don't want to wear a headset, you can instead choose a wired or wireless handset and even a wired or wireless speakerphone.

Finally you can also install a light/ringer USB device that will flash/ring on incoming calls and show your available/busy status. Particularly useful for receptionists to hear/see incoming calls and for call center managers to view agents status.

For each device we list the minimum version of VOP required, be sure to check your version before purchasing a device.

Disclaimer: We work closely with manufacturers to support a wide variety of USB devices but manufacturers update their devices often. An older or newer firmware may change features or break the compatibility. This is why we advise you to test USB devices prior to purchase to ensure that they are working as expected and that their functionalities meet your needs.
